I. Validity and application of this policy

This Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy applies to the website www.remex.hr, operated by Remex d.o.o., Remetinec 115b, 42220 Novi Marof, Croatia (hereinafter: the Data Controller). By using the website, the user confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted this policy.

The Data Controller reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use the website after changes have been made, the user confirms their acceptance of the updated terms. Since the content of the website is informational in nature, it does not create legal obligations for the Data Controller unless explicitly stated otherwise.

II. What Personal Data We Collect and Why

Data is collected when the user fills out a contact form on the website, thereby giving consent to be contacted.

VII. Final provisions

If any provision of this policy is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force. Croatian and EU law applies to the legal relationship between the user and the Data Controller. In the event of a dispute, the competent court in Varaždin, Croatia, shall have jurisdiction.
